Refund Policy

• Free trial: if you're eligible for the free trial, you won't be charged if you cancel before it ends. Cancel anytime from My Account.
• Monthly plans: you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the current billing month. We don't provide partial refunds for unused time.
• Annual plans: you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your annual term. If you contact us within 7 days of an annual charge (not including a trial conversion), we'll refund it in full.
• Billing mistakes: if you were charged in error or twice, email us and we'll make it right.

To request a refund, email support@globaltradersacademy.com from your account email. Approved refunds go back to your original PayPal payment method.
