Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of globaltradersacademy.com, the GTA Terminal, the Live Trading room and related services (together, the "Service") operated by Global Traders Academy ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Not investment advice. Everything on the Service is for education and information only. We are not a broker-dealer or a registered investment adviser, and nothing on the Service is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. See our Risk Disclaimer.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
You're responsible for your login and for activity on your account.
One person per login. Pro subscriptions are for a single individual. Signing in on a new device signs out other devices. Sharing, reselling or pooling an account is not allowed; teams can contact us for Team & Enterprise seats.

2. Subscriptions, trials and billing

Pro is offered monthly or annually at the prices shown on our Plans page. Prices may change; changes apply from your next billing period after notice.
Eligible new members may start a free trial (currently 14 days). A payment method is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you're charged automatically.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from My Account; access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
Payments are processed by PayPal. We don't receive or store your full card details.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the Service or its data; share your login; interfere with or overload the Service; reverse engineer it; or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

4. Market data and content

Market data, news, filings and other content come from third-party and public sources and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Trade alerts, analysis, scanners, options flow, Underdog picks and simulator results are educational examples, not personal advice, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, the GTA Terminal name and logo, our articles, scanners and analysis are owned by us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own non-commercial purposes while your account is active.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes and termination

We may update the Service or these Terms. If we make material changes we'll notify you by email or on the site; continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time.
